Can I set Amp watts lower?

I have a P5002 rockford amp 500 watts , whats the best set of 10 inch woofers i can use with it?

    To me i would prefer one fi car audio 10" sub its both durable and Very strong. Depending on what exactly you want you can customize these speakers for more frequent usage. there are 4 different types depending on the usage of the speakers. there are only 2 different types that are 10" tho BL being the higher end compitition type for the 10's and ssd. just click on speakers and ither BL or SSD.

Depends on what kind of sound your lookin for. If you want really loud bass get a higher powered amp (1000 watt) and some non-walmart brand subs. If you want good sounding bass just get one 500 or lower watt sub. I have kickers and they sound great

I would actually look at the Rd Audio product line. GREAT american built woofers.

get what you can afford i recommend kicker, eclipse, and believe it or not Sony's just not the wal-mart ones
