Why does my CD player turn off when I turn it up too high?

I jus install a cd player in my car...i want it to turn off when i turn my car off?

Sounds like it's wired wrong. Make sure that the yellow /clock wire from the radio is wired to a wire that has power all of the timeand the red/switched wire is connected to the wire that has power only when the ignition is turned on.

Wire the power lead to a "switched fuse" in your fuse block.

connect a relay switch in +ve of suuply to player. connect the trigger line to any wire that goes to dash board ( the one which keeps something anytime the car engine is running e.g. fuel gauge, rpm etc) make sure to check the current values in wires u select before selecting the relay. bat+ve__-------__tape IrelayI----> source_ ++++_____fuel gauge etc etc.

your red wire is a constant 12v wire the yellow wire it the accessory which is a 12v turn on controls when things turn on and off in your car when you turn your key to acc. make sure it is hooked up right that is your problem bluw wire is a remote to turn on aftermarket amps your black wire is a ground the rest are speaker wire
