What are good car speakers please help?

aside from subwoofers name brand speakers with a large surface are will give u more bass. see if you can upgrade speaker size. custom installation might allow for larger speakers. as far as brands i would reccoment clarion and alpine for speakers. im running jbls and those are pretty good too. the higher the rms rating the better

You didn't state the size you need but if you're looking for a good set of 6.5's, google the new 6.5 Pro Audio speakers from Crescendo Audio. They are 150w rms at 2 ohms (per speaker) for only $50 per set. Buy two sets and Cresendo wouldn't even charge for shipping. Now, if you can't use the 6'5 size speakers, I recommend googling CDT Audio. They will have what you need plus they have speakers that will be more to your liking. If you want cheaper, may I suggest you to go to onlinestereo.com check out the Lanzar opti series (which I am using). They get loud,crisp,and some are rated at 200w rms and over. I use the opti5c's (5 1/4) and the opti692's (6x9) and am very happy with them. They also have a amp (opti250x4) that happens to be one of the most power 4 channel amps on the market. They're powerful,built like tanks,pack a 2000a fuse,and it's only $329 shipped.:) It's power specs? Let's see.... 325w rms x4 @ 2 ohm 250w rms x4 @ 4 ohm Now tell me that ain't some impressive shid.
