What kind of amp should I use for a 15'' MTX 9500?

What kind of amp would i use to push 4 15" boss subs 1500 watts a piece?

  Phantoms? P156dvc's?? Nowhere near 6000, that's for sure. Boss has a long history of claiming a lot more power than their equipment is capable of. What you have there is one of the cheapest 15's on the market with a motor structure of the average 10". Trying to run that sub with more than 400 or 500w would be a mistake. That being said you're looking for 1500-2000w rms at 2 ohms -- you could also wire them for 1/2 ohm but there are very few amps that can run at that impedance.
