What's a good car audio speaker brand?

Best car speaker brand?

  • im looking at a new car stereo at the moment. i have bought a kenwood headunit and now im looking for speakers. because i have an astra G im looking for a pair of splits in the front and just 6" in the back. i was wondeirng what brand out of the following would have the best quality and loudness? Alpine Kenwood kicker pioneer JVC Clarion Sony Fusion Soundstream anything else im open to anything good, I have seen the fusion ones really cheap and im not sure if they are good or not apparently they are a high quality brand but im confused. any help would be appreciated! and what size do i need for the front and back? thank you! XD

    Rockford fosgate, JL audio, Kicker, MTX, and Alpine are all really good quality subs and amps if you get any of those you will be pleased and most likely wont have any problems. Pioneers and kenwoods are also good but not as good as the above Sonys, dual, and JVC's are all garbage. Dont waste your moneys on them.

the others are somewhat right. alpines are probably the highest quality. however, they are extremely expensive as well. if you are looking for great sound quality for less money. go with the sony xplod line. you cant really go wrong. sony has the best fault rating in the business for their xplod line. my whole 2005 vw beetle is hooked up with sony xplod subwoofers, a sony xplod amp, and sony xplod front and rear speakers. and i couldnt be more pleased

hey mate i would say infinity and alpine. fusion is ok but you got to remember the more you spend the better it will be. you can use whatever size you would like in the front and back but personally i ran set 350watt 9inch speakers in the back and set of 250watt 3inch speakers in the front and that is quiet loud. but it all comes down to how much you want to spend.

Alpine is reaaly good for highs but if you want bass and mids go with Rockford
