What is wrong with my car speaker "terminals" and how do i fix them?
-
my front passenger seat speaker has something wrong wit it, i have to like bridge a ground (say for example a metal plate from the car) to a little bit befor the negative terminal that plugs into the speaker cuz if i dont it doesnt work. and then most of the times when i turn off the stereo neither of the fron speakers work and i have to unplug and then plug back the terminal of my passenger side speaker to make it work... what can i do? how would i fix this short circuit thing? i just put in a new stereo... does that have anything to do with it? or should i follow the wire all the way to the speaker?

Answer:
Hard to say. I'd rewire the system with fresh wire just to make sure everything is cop acetic.
