Negatives to hooking up 4 speakers to a 2 ch amp?

if you hook 4 speakers to a 2 ch amp do you loose the difference in front/back sounds? i have a 300W jensen amp and 6x9 sony xplod (300peak, 60RMS) and 6.5 kenwoods (240peak, 40RMS). the jensen is a 300W 3/2/1 bridgeable. also, if im not running a sub, do i need to run the blue remote wire, i have a second amp thats going to run my subs

to answer your first question you will lose sound quality for the second question the remote wire is what will send a signal to your amp telling it to turn on
