How do you install speakers in a car?

How do I install these speakers in my car?

• I have some speakers that are powered by the normal wall plugs in your house that I want to put in my car. I want to by a power inverter box later on that will convert the power from my car into power that my speakers use. But for right now I'm wondering if I can use the power that my already installed speakers use with my new speakers. Would it be the same type of energy that my current speakers use? cuz they are just small speakers that look like they don't use a big amp or anything like that. my car is a Chrysler 300m 1999. I'm not sure if I can just cut and peel the wires from my new speakers and attach it to the wires that give power to my stock speakers.
