Can i power a 1,500 watt speaker with a computer wire?
-
I'm buying a sub woofer that is 1,500 watt. I wanna make a home speaker. Because i have 5 sub woofers in my room already. But this speaker is a car speaker. Can i hook up a computer wire to it? Will it fully power or no, its only for cars. Because i don't wanna blow out a fuse.

Answer:
get a set of "monster" cables at your electronics store. lighter wires will have too much resistance.
