Why do my cds get hot while playing in my car cd radio player?
-
Once the cd gets to about track #4 and higher, the unit starts to skip ... then stops ... then attempts to play more ... then skips, etc. Could some please inform why the player does this. I recently purchased the car from a private seller, and the cd player was 1 of the reasons that I purchased the car. Thanks - Curt

Answer:
The CD player has a tracking issue. Amplifiers get hot. The CD player has an amplifier inside. This is normal.
