How should I hook up my amp?

How could you hook up after marked subs to factory amp on a 2000 cadillac deville?

  • How could you hook up after marked subs to factory amp on a 2000 cadillac deville? i just recieved these today http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004V9GSKC/ref=oh_o05_s00_i00_details I sold my amp to get a better one and thats still on the way. but my cadillac has a factory amp in it that powered a factory sub. i removed it because it was blown. but that sub was connected in a way with 2 pos wires to different sides and to negs to either sides. the box i just got only has one pos and one neg input... i also tried hooking up a cheep sony xplode to it but the bass sounded like crap when you would pop the trunk and listen to it. i really dont wanna wreck these new ones. so is there any safe way to hook it up in which it wont damage my subs so i can kinda get em broke in untill i get my rockford amp? If im missing any details i wil recheck this question and pot updates so anyone can further explain this to me. thank you

    are you looking for problems again.your factory amplifier is not strong enough to run a good set of aftermarket subs.just wait for the new amplifier.and make sure you do not work on any part of your sound system without powering the system off by removing the fuse under the hood in the power line for your amp.triple check all connections before re powering your system.its better to be safe than sorry.

Seriously, have patience and just wait for the amp. You'll risk so much if you mess something up, including the time you should have been using to wait for the amp. You could end up waiting longer for another pair of subs if you blow these.
