How do you replace the speakers on a 2001 Durango?

I had a 1999 durango, and now i have a 2001 lincoln ls v8. question about the speakers...?

• i bought 4 infinity speakers for the durango, will they fit to replace the 4 door speakers in the lincoln? im not sure what size they are

  The ones for your Durango were 6 1/2" round speakers. Your LS takes 6x8" oval speakers. You'll need an adapter to install the old speakers in the new car.
