Tampa Bay Area - Would you eat at a new Spanish restaurant?

I have a friend who currently lives in Spain. He will be moving back to the Tampa Bay area in a couple of years and wants to open a Spanish restaurant. My friend wants to take traditional Spanish dishes, such as paella and give it a Florida spin with various local fresh ingredients. Does this sound like something that would be of interest to you? BTW, he wants to locate the restaurant in the Safety Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater area.
