Where can you eat Lobsters in Maine?

  • what restraunts can you actually eat lobster at are in maine. i only found ones where you can buy and cook, but i wanna eat it in a restraunt. so where can i do taht in maine?

    On the coast around Belfast, Camden, Searsport, etc. there are Lobster Pounds where you can buy live lobsters and they will immediately steam them for you and serve you in what often looks like a rather cheap restaurant. Don't worry about how it looks. The people I know who love lobster--not me--say it is wonderful. And it's a lot cheaper than buying a Maine lobster anywhere else.

I went to Maine last summer, and there seemed to be lobster (especially lobster rolls) at every restaurant we ate at. I can't remember any specific restaurant names, but I can't imagine it would be that difficult for you to find since it was so easy for us.

I used to live in maine, and i go there every summer. Lobster is really popular in maine, and you should be able to find it at just about every resteraunt.. or try asking some locals. A good place i like to go is called "Bailey's"

Like, pretty much every touristy restaurant in the state. Seriously, just go into a seafood restaurant. They'll have lobster. Especially restaurants on the coast. Just not fast food or any of those places.

I have never been to Maine, but I would think most restaurants would have lobster since Maine is what they are famous for. Enjoy

Last time I was there you could order lobster from most restaurants. Even McDonald's had a lobster sandwich. If you're having problems, try going to restaurants near the coastline.
