What can I expect at a group interview?

I am going for a group interview at California Pizza Kitchen what should i expect?

• I just went for an interview today at california pizza and he said he liked my personality and that he was "definatly" reccomending me for a 2nd interview and he is calling me back tomorrow after he checked the managers schedual for a 2nd interview. he also said something about a group interview as well.. why all the interviews for a hostess/waitress? is the group probably just describing what to do and all or what sort of questions do they ask any information would help me a ton! thanks!!

  Some CPK's do open/group interviews all the time, even when they're not hiring. I went to one a little bit ago. I'm not sure what your situation is, but if it's your second interview than you're probably looking good, but at the CPK in Huntington Beach they do them every week no matter what. We just had a manager come out and talk to us about CPK and then we all left. Nothing too interesting.
