Do Starbucks baristas get free drinks on shift?

Do you also have a problem with your local Starbucks making your drinks wrong?

  • I don't know if I just live in an area where all the Starbucks baristas are airheads, but they are constantly making my drinks wrong. I think for the money you pay, you should get excellent service and the least they could do is make your drink right. Have you ever had your drink made wrong, if so, please share your Starbucks experience.

    Have you even thought that they don't understand you? That you can't talk and they don't understand what your saying? By your attitude I'm guessing your the airhead that say 'I want to buy a coffee'. There are like 50 different type of coffee, how would they know which coffee to get you. Maybe you should be more specific and speak slower, than maybe they get you the coffee you order.

usually when they mess up my drink, they burn my shot! and I hate that! I use to get so upset! Until my friend who was a barista told me I can always tell them the shot if burned (apparently this is common)... Fortunately my starbucks always tells me to let them know if there is anything wrong with my drink... I use to feel bad if i did it but my friend said it's ok!
