Burlington coat factory dress?

I put a application in burlington coat factory and havent gotten a call yet?

• So i called burlington coat factory to ask the manager id they were hiring, he said yes come on in and pick up a application at the customer service desk. So I said ok. I was really happy to hear that a store was actually hiring, i am in a desperate need of a job. So anyway, On Thursday april 15 i went in ask for a application, the women gave me one, i filled it out in the store and waited in line to hand it to the manager. She said "are you all done hon"? I said yes handed it to her and she told me "Ill make sure he gets it." She was talking about the head manger of the store, they person i spoke to, so i said ok. And anyway, its now Thursday and i ha vent gotten a call yet. Should I check up on the application? I mean I really need this job. But i don't want to annoy the managers if they haven't gotton to it yet. What should I do?

  just call and say something like "hello this is John doe (or whatever your name is) and i am calling to check the status of my application" thats what ive always done, but dont call them on a daily basis or anything, and if they havnt gotten to your app. yet wait another few days and check back up, and if they havent gotten to it after that next call, then i would just stop calling them and hope i get a call from them. your right you dont wanna seem too "buggy" or anything. i applied at a tire-rama job my brother in law worked at, and i called every day to check. then my brother in law told me that im probably not gonna get hired cuz the boss told him i creeped him out by calling so much.
