Will I get hired at restaurants like Olive Garden, Bennigans, Johnny Carinos as a cook, without any experience?

Depending on the restaurant, I doubt it very much. And, if you believe the information from the Olive Garden, they send their chefs to Italy to be taught their way. I think you might have more of a chance doing prep work in the kitchen. That's just my opinion. Or, being a host or a wait person because either one requires less knowledge than working in the kitchen. Good luck!

if you wanna work in the kitchen like me, you probally have to start off as a dishwasher, same as if you wanna be a server, they start you off as a host, unless the restaurant is short staffed, and desperate, but in this economy good luck
