What is the Best Restaurant to work at in Williamsburg, VA?

  • I wish I could find a good "servers network" for this one! I'm an undergraduate student at the College of W&M, and I'm trying to change jobs -- I'm currently waiting tables at a miserable independent restaurant, and am really struggling there! The business is slow, the management is evil, and the environment is just awful. Is there a fun, friendly, lucrative restaurant in the area you can refer me to? I would love answers from those who have experience serving at these restaurants (or friends that do). Please let me know if there are good places to serve in Williamsburg!

    I know there are some fantastic restaurants in the Williamsburg area, so, there's no need to continue being miserable! While I've never worked there, Friendly's seems to be hiring in your area for a variety of positions including Servers -- see here: http://www.snagajob.com/jobseeker/search/JobOverview.aspx?postingId=441186 They're definitely a lucrative business and have been around for quite some time. They are ranked in the Top 100 Restaurant Chains by Nations Restaurant News, so, they must be doing something right --- for their patrons and their employees too. Good luck!
