What American food chain has never advertised? Not even once?

How come there is so little French food at casual restaurants?

• Here in America we always hear about French food but rarely (if ever) is it on a menu of a commercialized chain restaurant. There is American, Chinese, Italian, an Mexican food quite often, but never French food. Why is this?

  There are parts of french food that can be found cheap, like crapes. but for the most part, french cooking is really advanced, and to make it cheap would be to make it bad. good french cooking isn't cheap in france either.
