How old do you have to be to work at Marble Slab?

Where can a 15 year old work?

  • I am a 15 year old living on Long Island. I am interested (well, actually...I NEED) a summer job. Does anyone know the age requirements to work at the following places? Do you have any other suggestions? (please don't say babysitting, yard work, my own business, dogwalking, grocery stores, junky fastfood, etc.) I really want to serve some kind of food. -Quiznos -Subway -Panera Bread -Marble Slab -Carvel -Friendly's Thanks so much everyone!

    A good place to start out is being a hostess in a restaurant. Normally, you cannot serve food and alcohol until you are 18 years old. However, if you are a good hostess, when you turn of age to waitress, you can get immediate access into that job when the restaurant has availability.

Even at home. by helping mother. Or go for Qiznos. Or maybe you can go with some construction gys and hep them a little bit and earn some extra cash. They wont let you do hard work. They always need someone to take care of their stuff while they are working or handle them some equipment. Good luck

Try a donut shop, or a cracker barrel. You could also try the fast food market such as McDonald's, Hardee's. etc. But they have hour restrictions due to labor laws. Good luck.
