Where can I find a downtown Madison, WI restaurant to host a family gathering/party?

I originally planned to have my graduation party at Frida's in downtown Madison, WI, but now they closed so I can't. Does anybody know of any other restaurants... -that are downtown madison (state or near capitol) -have a semi private area for parties? (or separate room) -have a fun atmosphere? (but not just a bar since there will be <21 ppl)
