What questions will they ask me at a sears interview?

Help with Sears interview!!!?

• I have an interview with Sears tomorrow @10:30 a.m. What should I expect? How should I dress(19 yr old female), what kind of questions should I ask at the end of the interview,how do I know if I will be hired,what kind of intervew questions do they ask( I am applying for a position as a cashier and I will work only weekends because of school)?. Please help!!!!

  Dress like the people that work in the store. Wear something nice, but not too flashy. Why do you want to work at Sears? Do any of your friends or family work for Sears? Have you worked anywhere before? If yes, why did you leave? Do you have any retail experience.? Can you work evenings too? How about in the summer time? Have you ever been arrested? These are a good sampling of questions. I hope they know that you are only looking at weekends, if not, this may knock you out right away. Good Luck!
