Unemployment in Florida.

How long can you recieve unemployment for in Florida?

• Ive been receiving unemployment for the last few months, and in the mean time have been looking for a job. but its seems that no where is really hiring or they just hired the people they need. Ive put in so many applications its ridiculous. Well on my unemployment case it says that my "available credits are $XXX" xxx being only enough left for one more check. Do i keep receiving unemployment after the credits are gone or do I need to apply for an extension? I've looked everywhere and I can't seem to find a straight answer. please help.

  If this is the first time your money has run out, your Unemployment "account" will be reloaded in a week or two. Then when it runs out again, it will again be reloaded. After that, we have to wait and see!
