Working at Enterprise Rent-a-Car?

I just landed a customer service rep position with Enterprise and having second thoughts. saw the website failing enterprise and was shocked to see so many people disliking the company. I wanted to know was the company any good and was the job worth it and also does customer service rep have to always stand up or could they sit sometimes. Only serious responses thank you

Honestly, I checked out that website and it appears to be a hack job of a site. Probably ran by a former employee or even a competing car rental company. That website looked like it was made by a 10 year old on their laptop sitting in their bedroom. Take the job and decide on if it's bad or not yourself, if it is you can always find another job and quit. With the job market the way it is better take what is offered. CH
