First off- for free training course, first aid I would inquire with the local Red Cross office. I doubt much is "free " any longer. Next you will need a Fire Safety Inspection of the home/building you will run this from and there are fees for this. Then you will need to be State Certified phone # 619-767-2300. There is a number of hoops to go through to become a certified day care center and that is if you are caring for 9 or more children at a time. I would NOT leave my children at a day care center if they were not certified !
