Where is a good tattoo shop in Sacramento?

Where is a tattoo shop in Sacramento CA that doesn't require you to be 18?

  • I'm trying to find a place to do it before I have to leave to Oregon where you have to be 18 no matter what. I'd appreciate every attempt to help.

    There's one place in old sac that doesn't have a minimum age. I forget what its called. Oh and there are sooo many tattoo artists on craigslist that work in shops but also work out of them for wayyyy cheap.
