What restaurants have good food, good coffee, and good service in Oakland County, Michigan?

I am picky about having good coffee with a meal. I have found that you either have to go to a coffee place, or you go to a food place. I would like a place that has good coffee and good food at the same place. I would like to have good service without having to pay a lot of money. I like it when restaurants take either cash or credit cards and aren't keeping two sets of books. I like it when the wait staff understands English so the order is correct. Do you have any recommendations?

Good food, good coffee, good service, try Bart's on Woodward in Ferndale. Kind of Bohemian and yes, it is a bar but the breakfasts and lunches and coffees are amazing!
