What company in the U.S. has the best sales training?

My company in maryland is taping our sales phone calls for training purposes without our consent or knowledge.?

    yep it's legal. If your working for them, they can tape you. However, if it was your home phone then they would have to get your permission, but if your on their line, then yes it's absolutely legal.

They can tape any and all calls made to or from the phones at their business, they can tape you working all day, they can track your computer they can be like "BIG BROTHER" and most companies these days are. Also for sales calls they do it a lot to see where you make mistakes, how you simply fail to close the deal, if you are making enough calls or putting enough effort in to the calls. All legal when you are employed.You do not have a right to privacy in a public business place - like you do at home. They do so to protect themselves and you from lawsuits. If you are doing noting wrong, it should not matter.
