What does advisory mean?

What does it mean when you get a craigslist advisory warning on your reply from the posting?

I replied to a post and then the person who wrote the post replied back. When the person wrote back, at the bottom of my mail it had what I wrote, then it had a thing that said CRAIGSLIST ADVISORY! AVOID SCAMS BY BLAH BLAH.....does that in any way mean that craigslist is advising me against dealing with this particular posting? Or just to be cautious when using craigslist in general??
Answer:

it's a standard footer on emails going through Craiglist site so you don't get involved in a scam if anything the person told you sounds like something Craiglist warns about then do not pursue it further. If they cannot meet you in person and pay cash - don't bother. You WILL be scammed
