How do you open a radio station?

I wanted to open a radio station in places where the information is less heard, I'm looking for donors/funds

• I'm a radio preseter in one of the local radio stations in Juba/south Sudan, I'm looking for funds/donors to help me out open a radio station is other parts of the country thats tored apart for 21 yrs of civil war. I'm a Sudanese, and I felt like I want to help my community come up after this long time of war, I want to educate them as I'm doing in Juba, so that they all get the message, I'm looking forward to get compitent donors to help me in this project.   absolutely not. I am a radio major and there is no way that I'd be helping anyone but a legitimate business set up a radio station. Especially in Sudan
