Job in El Paso, TX?

Anyone have leads on a job in El Paso, TX. I have 8 years management experience and I am also a licensed insurance agent. I am looking to make at least $36,000 a year to start. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated....oh yea, I will have to re-locate if I find a job...I live in KC, MO right now. Thanks in advance....
