Can you Buy a Gift Card with a Gift Card? I Recently Got a mall Giftcard...But I don't like the mall stores..?

  • I Got $100 as a mall gift card But i don't like any of the stores plus the mall is small and doesn't have variety. I know that at the mall they sell The Gift Card but they also sell the American Express gift card..and with that i would be able to shop in another store that's not at the mall.. Just wondering if its possible.. So I wanna Buy a American express gift card with a Mall gift card..since they both can be bought at the mall..

    maybe, just ask them at the mall, but if not just have a friend or family member buy it off of u for $100. idk if ppl buy them off the internet or not, i wouldn't, i would b afraid of a scam.

Check your state laws. There are a few [progressive] states that require the seller of gift cards to treat them as cash. If your state is one, you can cash in your GC from the issuing party. You may get hassled, but the law is...the law.

Hey why not sell the gift card for the amount of the card in cash. You can use the cash for anything.
