How to get appraisal document for fake Raybans?

Hi, I bought a pair of raybans from ebay and upon receiving them I noticed that they are fake. I filed a claim with paypal and now they are asking that i get an appraisal document to from a dealer, organization or appraiser to show that they are fakes. Where in Toronto could I get this document? Would I be able to contact someone online to get an appraisal? thanks!!
