How much does a package containing a dress weigh?

Package containing live animals from (usps?) what happens if im not here to sign for it?

• I orderd 4 tarantulas, a brown recluse (don't ask), and 2 centipedes from Swifts Inverts. The mailing is overnight shipping + live gurentee. Upon arrival I need to sign for the package. The thing is I have a dentist appointment at 1pm the day its supposed to arrive and am not sure if I will be home to sign it. What will happen if I'm not home with the package will it be sent back to the seller or sent to the post office where I can pick it up? And will there be a fee for not being home?

  Since its overnight, they will probably arrive some time in the morning unless you live pretty far from where their regional distribution center is located. It will probably go back to the post office because a signature will be required. If you can get back before they close, you can try to go to the post office to get it. I don't recall Swift's policies, but for most dealers, if you, or someone else, does not sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, your live arrival guaranteed will be voided.
