Does anyone know of a talent agency that would take beginning actors?

Has anyone had experience with John Casablancas modeling agency? Or any other agency?

I'm in Columbus, OH--I know Casablancas has more than one location, so any experience will do, but preferably people from Ohio. One of the little girls i take care of has an audition for a model and talent agency, and I'm afraid it'll be a ripoff. I've been modeling myself for nearly a year, and I never worked with an agency. I've been doing great by myself, and I don't think she needs to take classes and have other people take her money. Can anyone give me some insight into what it's like to work with an agency?

John Casablancas is a school, not an agency. They accept anyone willing to pay for classes. They are not a registered talent agency and cannot represent models or book them on jobs
