I need to know what kind of broker I would go to, to get contruction jobs for my water truck company?

I have a water truck business in Northern California, and I hear that I can get contracted through a brokerage company to get contract jobs that need water on site temporaily. Does anyone know what kind of broker I can contact? Thank you
