Where can I get a job at 15?

I am 15 and i am looking for a job can any of you tell me where a 15 year old boy can get a good paying job.?

  Well I can't tell you about Florida, but I know in VA when you are 15 you have to get a workers permit and even then it is VERY hard to find a job. For the most part employers won't hire someone under 16 because it is too much to deal with. (ex: in VA you can only work a certain number of hours and during certain time periods) Also, regardless where you are I doubt you will find that great of a paying job at 15, or 16, or 17 for that matter. I'm sorry, but most companies will see you as temporary because you are young. Obviously you will grow up and more than likely move on. Also, most 15 year olds have less set responsibilities so employers will tend to think you may quit abruptly without notice. A high paying job will be hard to find, because an employer is not going to break the bank for you. I am not saying you will do these things ... I just want to point out that it is a commonly held belief. Honestly I think it would be easier for you to just wait until you are 16. The easiest jobs to find at that age are at retail stores, fast food restaurants, or hosting at a restaurant. Hiring underage workers is a liability and often employers see it as more hassle than what it is worth. Good luck.
