Looking for someone to do pro bono work for an organization to be non profit 501 c3.?
-
My husband and I are hoping we can turn his 6 year old basketball organization into a non-profit business. We hope to get donations and funding to better our organization and help out our community. We plan to have camps, classes, and tournaments for kids and adults and was wondering if there were any law or grad students that need work and can offer some legal advice. We are currently finishing up our BYLAWS and we could use Q&A advice on filling out the 501 c3 paperwork. Thank you so very much!!

Answer:
Contact the bar association in your area. In San Francisco see the Volunteer Legal Services Program at http://sfbar.org . Elsewhere in northern California try http://vlsp.org .
