What website can I go to in order to find where a phone number is located?

  Try http://ReverseLookup.Addresses.com. This site will give you the location of a phone number down to the city and state. However you really can't trust a lot of these sites when it comes to determining rather its a landline or cell phone. I've checked my cell number in many of the sites and they usually all tell me Atlanta, GA, but they all say landline, and clearly, my phone is a cellular phone. So check the link http://ReverseLookup.Addresses.com That will let you know wher the city and state is of the phone number. or do a yahoo search of the area code, but sometimes that doesn't give you exact city as an area code can be for more that one city.....
