How do I retrieve my old email account?

I had an email account but changed internet providers to AT&T how can I retrieve my old email & contacts,?

  • I don't know how to access my old account mail and contact list. Should I just use both log INS

  • Answer:

    You should still be able to log into your account as long as you remember your user/pwd. They can reset your pwd to your new email.

Unless you used a free account like yahoo or google (gmail), It may be too late. You should have backed up your old address book and email before you finalized the switch

You can log into your old account to retrieve all your contacts and then you can switch them all into your new email.
