Hi, You didn't say which e-mail system you are using, but I assume that, as you are asking on 'Yahoo Answers' that you are using a Yahoo e-mail address. If this is the case Yahoo would not allow you to run up 4.0Gb but would have stopped you going past the 1.0 Gb limit. If this 4.0 Gb message is from Yahoo I suspect there is a fault. Contacting Yahoo for an answer is rarely succesful, You may need to create another e-mail address and start again. The 'bulk' folder is not supposed to affect your limit, but it may be worth emptying that. The usual one I find, that takes me occasionally near my limit is my 'sent' folder. It is often forgotten and could have huge numbers of unneeded e-mqils you have sent over the years, so try that. Sorry this may not be of much help if there really is an error, but maybe you'll be lucky with clearing the 'sent' folder. I hope so, as I know how frustrating it can be to have your e-mail account frozen. Good luck, BobSpain
