Can I retrieve my deleted emails even if they were accidently deleted from the TRASH folder?

Does anyone know if I can retrieve deleted emails on yahoo? They were also deleted from my trash....?

I deleted some e-mails that are very important to me. Ones that I didn't realize I was deleting. So, if anyone knows any way I can get those e-mails back, please let me know. Thanks, $Prissy$
