Can I send free text messages abroad via chikka in Saudi Arabia?

Does any1 kno how to send text messages from a computer to other countries?

• without having to give a cell phone number & get responses online. by other countries i mean saudi arabia or such. help would be very appreciated! thank you!

  you need to know their carrier info with the carrier extension, and their cell phone number. Some foreign carriers limit the number of characters to only 120 or less, and include the email address in the character count, so your actual message might only be up to 50 characters. Other companies provide up to 240 characters for a message. If they do not know their email address, then they should contact their local carrier for this info. Also some cell carrier companies only provide the text messages to subscribers who are pre-subscribed to receive or send text messages. you send like a regular email to <their phone number>@<carriername>.<com, net, org, or etc.> Example: [email protected]
