I read my boss's emails.

Must I delete Msgr8us and all involvement with Yahoo to read contents of my emails?

• OS=98SE, before telling me its too old, consider I'd received my emails up until last Friday 3/23/2007 with full content (including photos). I tried to ask the Yahoo Help Team via email and got no sensible assistance, only ads for service and told to read through a knowledge base that doesn't my question presented. I have a feeling Yahoo is going to blame Firefox (2.0), and not help me. I've tried F5 to reload my emails no luck. I'm still supposed to be able to read the emails no matter how old the OS with the Yahoo browser. And definatly with the Firefox system under "SAVE TEXT MESSAGE". I supposed to be able to read my email contents but can't, any reasonable suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

  Select any email where the header information is displayed, but there is nothing in the "body" of the message where you would expect to find text, etc. Move your mouse to the area of the expected "body" of the message and right-click...on the menu that appears, click on "Encoding"...on the menu that appears, if "Auto Select" has a check mark, leave it as is...if not click "Auto Select"; then this menu will disappear...right click again in the "body" to cause the same menu to display again...then click on "Western European (Windows)"...you should now be able to view the "body" of all messages that you couldn't view before...obviously, if the problem somehow occurs again, do the same procedure described above again. I have no idea how or why these settings get "changed" or "corrupted" after everyday use, but apparently they sometimes do.
