My mail send bad mails to my contacts, frindes how can i stop these mails?

It sounds like you have a virus or a 'trojan' worm. Try running a virus scan with Symantec or McAfee or any virus scanner you can get. You can go to the Symantec website and actually run the scan from their site. If you odn't have any virus protection, try going to TrendMicro.com and running their scan. it takes a while, but will root out any virus. You can also download a free virus protection program called 'AVG' from download.com. You may also wish to let your ISP know that you ha da problem with the virus and are starting a new e-mail address.

delete all your contacts and write them down. make a new email adress and add them to it as contacts and tell them "This is my new email adress cause the other one .................... blahhhh." okay.?

Oh that sucks i totally got that to, well restart your system is what you have to do, just change your password don't log back in, restart your system, then log in If you don't know how to restart your system, and you have microsoft (any version) go to accessories in your programs click system tools then system restore, go to a time that didn't have the virus maybe a week before
