How do I disable Yahoo account?
-
I have an old email I would like to close down, and I don't know how or if it can be done. I do check it from time to time because although I have a new email, some people still send me things to the old one. I would really like to just shut it down so I don't have to go checking 2 accounts every day. I don't have it in me to leave it unchecked until it closes itself, so is there a way I can close it? Thanks for helping..

If you stop checking it from time to time it will be deactivated ... it takes about 4 months ... so stop checking it for 6 to be sure ... then when you try you should get the message saying it's deactivated and sign in will reactivate
