I can't access Yahoo or hotmail from my office, all web based emails are blocked, how can i access my Yahoo?

Whenever i try to open a webpage of any web based email the following message appears "Your organization's Internet use policy restricts access to this web page at this time. Reason: The Websense category "General Email" is filtered." Is their any way aroundto avoid these filters and to check the emails? any proxy or something?
