Why can't I access yahoo!mail on my wireless laptop?

  • I'm using free wireless at the local coffeeshop and can't open yahoo mail although I can log onto yahoo.

    I'm unsure as to what kind of result you get when you try to access Yahoo mail . It could be a network configuration problem, or you may simply have to reload the page. Sometimes Internet congestion can stop a page from loading properly. It could also be a cookie setting or security setting problem Go into your Internet tools menu by clicking start-control panel, Internet options. click the privacy tab, and click custom or override cookie handling. choose always accept 1st party cookies, block 3rd party cookies, and always accept session cookies. This will probably fix your problem. You may need to close and reopen IE to make this work properly.
