How do I save/transfer old Yahoo email to my computer?

Computer freezes up when I am on Yahoo email?

Sometimes I can not recieve Yahoo, I have to try over & over . Sometimes there is nothing & sometimes it pops up but is blank except for the tool bar. When I go onto my Yahoo email, and I click onto the email, and I read it & click on something on the email, it will freeze up, or after clicking on something within the email, I can get the area, say it could be anything, but say it would be kitchen gadgets, or bass pro or anything & click on & I am looking around and after the second to third try & sometimes even trying to go the first time, the page freezes up & says==this program is not responding, or windows internet explorer provided by yahoo is not responding, or microsoft windows update program not responding. Now if I want to print from the tool bar, it does nothing. Everything was OK until I install that Seven program & then I uninstalled & now it is still freezing up. ALso the electricity went out about the same time this all happened. HELP!!! [email protected]
